Returns & Warranty Policy

1. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations 5771-2010, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, and equivalent legislation in your country of residence.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Subject to the exceptions in Section 4 below, you may cancel your purchase and obtain a refund within 14 days, as described in Section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at galilee@galilee-blessing.com within a reasonable time after receipt, and in any event within the time limits required by applicable law. Please include:

• Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item.
• Photographs of the packaging, where relevant.
• Your order number and details.

Following review, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law, which may include replacement, repair, partial or full refund, or store credit.

4. Items Not Eligible for Standard Returns

The following items are not eligible for return except where the product is defective or where required by mandatory consumer law:

• Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products.
• Digital products, once delivery has commenced and where you have expressly consented to waive your right of withdrawal at checkout.
• Live Camera subscription periods that have already commenced (future renewals may be cancelled at any time).

5. Handmade Product Variations

Because many of our products are handmade, natural variations in colour, texture, shape, and finish are inherent and are not considered defects. These variations are part of the unique character of each piece.

6. Return Shipping

Unless we agree otherwise, or unless the product is defective or you are returning under your statutory right of withdrawal in jurisdictions where return shipping must be borne by the seller, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
