Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon delivery and include clear photos of the damage.

After review, we may offer a replacement, repair, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.

Digital Products
Refunds are not available once a digital product has been sent to the customer’s email address.
