1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Galilee Blessing website (the “Website”) and your purchase of products and services from Galilee Blessing Ltd. (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing the Website, placing an order, subscribing to our services, or otherwise interacting with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or subscribe to services.

2. The Company

Galilee Blessing Ltd. is an Israeli company connecting Christian communities worldwide with the Sea of Galilee and the Galilee region through unique physical and digital products.

3. Products and Services

We offer the following:

• Handmade clay products.
• Oil paintings and original artworks.
• Digital products (e.g., downloadable content).
• Live Camera subscription service — a recurring subscription providing access to live streaming content from the Galilee region.
• Custom-made and personalized creations.

Many products are handmade and unique. Variations in colour, texture, shape, finish, and appearance are inherent to their handcrafted nature and are not defects. Photographs on the Website are illustrative and the product you receive may vary slightly in appearance.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed on the Website and are stated in [USD / specify currency]. Prices may change without prior notice, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Prices do not include shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may apply at the destination country, unless expressly stated otherwise. See our Shipping Policy.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submission of an order through the Website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products or services subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for reasons of stock availability, suspected fraud, payment-verification issues, or shipping restrictions.

A contract is formed only when we send you an order-confirmation email. Automated acknowledgment of order receipt does not constitute acceptance.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Accepted payment methods may include credit and debit cards, Visa, Apple Pay, and other approved payment solutions, as displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse transactions where fraud, unauthorized use, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

7. Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation

Statutory right of withdrawal. Subject to the exceptions below, you may cancel your order and obtain a refund within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws including the Israeli Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations 5771-2010 and, for EU/UK consumers, the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK legislation.

How to cancel. To exercise this right, contact us at galilee@galilee-blessing.com with your order details and a clear statement of cancellation, before the 14-day period expires. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return), using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Return shipping. You are responsible for the cost of returning products, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by us. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products produced to your specifications.
• Goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned (including certain handmade items already in production at the time of cancellation).
• Digital products once delivery has commenced, where you have expressly consented at checkout to the start of delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
• Live Camera subscription periods that have already commenced — you may cancel future renewals at any time (see Section 8).
  

  8. Digital Products

  Digital products are delivered electronically, typically within 48 hours of payment confirmation, to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery may take longer in exceptional circumstances. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for ensuring that your inbox can receive messages from our domain.

  Subject to Section 7 (right of withdrawal), digital products are non-refundable once delivery has commenced.

  9. Live Camera Subscription

  The Live Camera service operates on a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the applicable subscription fee to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.

  You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings or by contacting galilee@galilee-blessing.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle. Subscription fees paid for the current cycle are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

  We will provide you with clear and conspicuous notice at the point of subscription regarding the recurring nature of the charges, the amount, the billing frequency, and the cancellation method, as required by applicable law (including the California Automatic Renewal Law).

  10. Intellectual Property

  All content on the Website — including text, images, photographs, videos, artwork, designs, logos, trademarks, branding, layouts, software, and digital materials — is owned by or licensed to Galilee Blessing Ltd. and is protected by Israeli and international intellectual-property laws.

  You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use of digital products you have lawfully purchased.

  11. Acceptable Use

  You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, accounts, or systems.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website.
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the Website.
  • Use the Website content without permission.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

  12. Disclaimers

  The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Website or Services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

  13. Limitation of Liability

  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Website, or any product or service purchased, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

  We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.

  Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including (i) liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, (ii) liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, (iii) liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and (iv) the mandatory consumer-protection rights of consumers in their country of residence.

  14. Force Majeure

  We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, security situations, strikes, pandemics, internet or carrier failures, customs delays, or weather conditions.

  15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

  Mandatory consumer protections preserved. If you are a consumer, this choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the consumer-protection laws of the country in which you are habitually resident.

  16. Severability

  If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  17. Entire Agreement

  These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Warranty Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Website and Services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

  18. Changes to These Terms

  We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through prominent notice on the Website or by email where appropriate. The “Last Updated” date indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance.
