Shipping Policy

1. Worldwide Shipping

Galilee Blessing Ltd. ships internationally. Availability may vary by destination depending on carrier coverage, legal restrictions, or operational considerations. We reserve the right to decline orders to destinations we cannot reliably serve.

2. Processing Times

Estimated processing times before dispatch:

• Handmade clay products: up to 2 weeks.
• Oil paintings: depending on inventory availability.
• Digital products: within 48 hours (delivered electronically).

Processing times are estimates and may vary. Total delivery time = processing time + carrier transit time.

3. Shipping Rates

Standard shipping rates (subject to change and to display at checkout):

• Orders up to 2 kg: USD 12.
• Orders above 2 kg: USD 28.

The applicable shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

4. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Local Fees

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other local fees may be charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer, except where applicable law (such as the EU Import One-Stop Shop / IOSS regime for orders up to €150) requires us to collect such taxes at the point of sale. Where applicable taxes are charged at checkout, this will be clearly indicated.

5. Delivery Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to:

• Customs inspections and clearance procedures.
• Public holidays.
• Carrier capacity or operational issues.
• Security situations or armed conflict.
• Weather and natural events.
• International shipping disruptions.

We are not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries, additional shipping costs, or loss of products resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses you have provided. Where re-shipment is possible, additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at galilee@galilee-blessing.com. We will assist you in tracing the shipment with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
